An Oregon woman must have thought her luck had turned for the best when she won a million dollars on a scratch off lottery ticket back in Oct of 2005. One can almost imagine the happiness of such luck huh? Well, not all happy stories end that way…
Turns out she has to forfeit the money she hasn’t gotten yet and return any she had. Why… Duh actions my friends.. just plain old simple duh
