Now I’m not sure where all the semi drivers get thier training but I do admit that they confuse the hell out of me.

I’m sure there is plenty of excellent drivers out there…. but some are just plain duh bound!

For example, why is it that a semi can not get out of first or second gear when within a mile or two of a truckstop? Now I’m talking 15 mph in a 30, 45 or even 55 zone!! What’s up with that? A person just has to hope they have a good view of the road when dealing with the truckstops because the majority of them will pull out in front of any other vehicle as well going as slow as possible once done.  Nothing like running into a moving brick wall ….

and yes, I got behind two this morning on my way to work…. 13 mph for over a mile until they got to the next exit. Thus… this little rant

This is a serious issue right? Folks are being told they’ll get charges pressed against them if they “fake” being in the high risk group just to get these shots! So, leave it up to our goverment to follow the old saying “do as I say, not as I do” huh?

All I can say is BS!

Who else is tired of all the election BS already?

He did that, he didn’t do that and yadda yadda. It’s gotten to be almost a virtual insult just to watch the debates any longer.  Have we all noticed by now that what really counts, the views of those involved on any particular subject, does not have any direct impact on these debates? It now has become who can deliver the best insult or putdown or even who can dig up the most personal dirt on the other!

Now I won’t say who I personally would feel better having in office as talking politics in details invites nothing but hassle but I will say this …. They’re both lucky that a write in doesn’t stand a chance or I’d lay money that George Carlin could be the next U.S. president

Anyhow.. what did you all think of the “debates”? Worthwhile or just more “smoke”?
